1. Acceptance of Terms

If you are using our services on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

Your continued use of Qreeting’s services indicates your ongoing acceptance of the terms, including any updates or revisions we may implement in the future. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You are permitted to use our services strictly in accordance with these terms and any applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to misuse our services or assist anyone in doing so. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or exploit any part of our services or intellectual property.

  • Using our services to upload or distribute malicious content, spam, viruses, or unauthorized commercial material.

  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts or harms our infrastructure or user experience.

  • Accessing data or content not intended for you, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to user accounts, servers, or databases.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access if we find evidence of misuse or policy violation.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platforms — including but not limited to the design, codebase, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of Qreeting or its licensors. These assets are protected under local and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Unless you receive written permission from us, you are not allowed to:

  • Reproduce or redistribute any portion of our content for commercial or public purposes.

  • Modify or create derivative works from any part of our website or services.

  • Use our brand name, trademarks, or logos without proper authorization.

Your use of Qreeting’s services does not grant you ownership or licensing rights over any aspect of our intellectual property, except where clearly stated.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

If you purchase any of our premium services, development work, or subscription plans, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. All payments are to be made in the currency and method specified at the time of checkout or contract agreement.

  • Subscriptions: If your plan is subscription-based, it will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.

  • Custom Projects: For one-time or milestone-based projects, payments must be made according to the agreed-upon project terms.

  • Refunds: Unless a written contract specifies otherwise, all payments are considered final and non-refundable. We do not guarantee refunds once a project has been initiated, work has begun, or access to digital assets has been provided.

Qreeting reserves the right to change pricing, introduce new plans, or cancel existing offers with reasonable notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver services with utmost quality and care, Qreeting shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

  • Service interruptions due to technical issues, third-party failures, or maintenance.

  • Any inaccuracies or omissions in our content or documentation.

All services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You use our services at your own discretion and risk.

6. In-App Purchases

Our mobile application may offer in-app purchases, such as premium features, digital content, or subscriptions. When you make a purchase, you do so through the Google Play billing system, and your payment information is handled securely by Google, not directly by Qreeting.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.

8. Refunds

All payments made through Google Play are subject to Google Play’s refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you may request it through your Google Play account or by contacting Google Play Support.

9. Changes to Pricing & Services

We reserve the right to modify pricing, introduce new plans, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Any price changes for subscriptions will apply at the start of the next billing cycle, and you will be informed in advance.
